Question Calendar Issues

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

I never experienced this but in short:

Gmail is my CICAL (Calendar) and CMIME (Messaging)

This is personal phone so I do use it to receive work emails as well. What is starting to occur is that I receive a calendar invite from my work email and accept in on my BB. For some odd reason it is added to my BB under gmail and not under the account it came from. Any reason why? I have had this BB for two years and never had this issue. I do receive calendar invites from my personal email as well. Ay ideas why it is jumping to my personal account?

I don't understand why you are just now noticing this. I take your word for it, but what you are describing is the way it is supposed to work.

Qualification: Even though you indicate you have your "work" email on the BlackBerry, I'm assuming you are on BIS only. If you are on BES and BIS, then I don't know, but maybe there is more going on than I know.

Sorry work email is going through as IMAP as well as the other mail boxes.

Apparently your default services settings were different before and have not always been the gmail address. That is why you noticed the change when you save calendar invites.
