Device only snycs a few sent emails after activation

Hi!
After spending a couple of days to get the BES server and activation working, i got a new problem.
I can activate a device, wireless or via cable without problems.
After the enterprise activation i´ve checked the mails and saw, that just a few older sent items emails were synchronized.
e.g.
On the BB device the old sent mail is showing from today 9th, but when i click into the mail i see the mail was sent from 7th?
When i send a new email from my mailcient, the mail will synced with the BB device and i will see it as "sent" on the BB
No email inbox was synced.
I can search in the contacts for company users successfully.
Local contacts synced.
Calendar fully synced.
I´ve set the Prepopulation by message age: 25 and Prepopulation by message count: 500
I also tried to force the sync with ALT+CNFG, but without success
I appreciate any help to getting my bb device fully snying with BES
