Hi All,

My environment is "BESE 5.0.3.41" with "Exchange 2010 SP1 Hosting mode", I can add user in the BB Administration then login BB Web Desktop Manager successful, but when I connect the handheld with my PC it appear "The BlackBerry Web Desktop Manager is unable to complete this action. Please contact your administrator for more information" and the "Email Settings" "Backup and Restore" column are unavailable. also I found following error in the BB Server MAGT logs:

It seems some problem with the LDAP(AD) there? The BES Admin account already have all the permission...

Hi All, following the "Administration Guide - BlackBerry Enterprise Server for Microsoft Exchange" after add the String value "LDAPDomain" in registry finally I can active the device only with cable. But after the activation I only can send email from device successfully, then can not receive anymail on the device. I use "view folder" that found there no any "Mailbox-Email account" in "Select Folder:" only some MMS Inbox, SMS Inbox... are there anything still I miss on the BB Server ?

You should IEMSTest.exe on this user and post the result here. More info:
