Migrating to a new server - can I take my old mails with me?
Please Login to Remove!
Hi all,
We are moving to a new BES server next week, is there anything I can do to avoid losing all the historical emails built up over the last year? Our 5 BB users will be most upset if they find no emails on their devices after the migration.

Please explain your migration in detail including the details of your messaging platform.
You haven't provided enough information for anyone to answer your question accurately.

Sorry,
Current environment is BES Express 5.0.2 (bundle 14) running against Exchange 2003.
New environment is BES Express 5.0.3 (bundle 12) running against Exchange 2010
New system is completely new, there is no upgrading going on - new users defined on new servers. Emails will be manually exported to PST files and imported into the new system.
I have seen that you can prepopulate up to 30 days worth of historic mails or 3000 messages, but I was wondering if there is any way to get the entire inbox on there (even a manual method would be great).
