Really need your help with this.
I have 100+ users working fine, but 1 user who just wont activate.
etp messages appear in the users mailbox and the following appears in the MAGT log:

Permissions appear to be fine, however when running the IEMSTest, it advises "the name could not be matched to a name in the addresslist". it then prompts to Check Name against the Exchange (which it does). The IEMSTest then completes with "Configuring user failed".
I readd the user and have the same issue. I run the IEMSTest again and I have to repeat the above step.

The BES is in HA Mode and I have tried failing over to the second BES and trying again, also tried a static IP, same result.
Any help/advise would be much appreciated.
