Hi,

I am having issues with pushing our in-house developed application to the new phones (9930). I should clarify, the app is getting pushed out to the phones every 4 hours! I have on older version of the same application being pushed out to 8900s in production with no problems.

We are running BB Enterprise Server for MDS Applications v4.1.7 (Bundle 34).

The 9930s are on version 7.0 (Bundle 1296).

FYI: I did have to manually update the vendor and device files before I could even get the BES to push the applications to the phones.

I think the issue is with 9930s not reporting back to the BES. I say that because when I am in BlackBerry Manager and I click on one of my 8900 users, and do edit properties-> BlackBerry Device (read only)->Status->Last Update Time is from earlier this morning (3 am ish). But on the 9930s the are all from the day that I activated them (wired).

Any suggestions on what is wrong - and even more importantly how to fix it?
