Hello all this is my first post and I have a serious issue with my ? 9520 two days after buying I have to be pulling out battery almost every minute it continues to freeze at the middle of the screen and all keys will either depress with multiple clicks or be stucked and never work unless a battery pull is done. I have tried some tricks on this forum but no avail I tried unscrewing the two Allan screws on the back none works. Please help I am tired of pulling out battery. Thanks

If i was a new purchase, take it back for replacement. If you bought a used one, return it and get your money back.

Sounds to me like you bought someone else's problem child, as it appears to be water damage.
