Hi

I have BES 4.1 sp6 and am trying to deploy IBM Sametime v 2.1.15c wirelessly to a few Blackberry Bold devices

I have followed all the instructions in the RIM guide to deploying apps wirelessly ...

However, I get a "device not supported" error in the COnfiguration section of the users BES profile

I know this sametime client works....because I can deploy it via a WIRED connection from my laptop

Any idea why I get this error when I try do it wirelessly from BES ?

One more bit of information....

On the BES server, Software COnfig Status tab, the error says

"GetHHCodePackages reported : HHCM_DEVICE_NOT_SUPPORTED"

I have seen other threads on this from las t year,.... but no real solutions.....

Anyone found a fix ?

What if I delete vendor.xml from the server ?

I did this on my laptop once when I was doing a wired upgrade of an OS to a BB device where the phone was bought from one telco but software downloaded from another....and it worked when I did this and had no bad effect on teh device
