Hello! So i just got my first blackberry yesterday,and i'm still very new to this hehe :P

So I went into profiles, Advanced, and went to Edit while highlighting Normal (the profile i'm on) and for SMS, MMS, Email, Blackberry Messenger, and MSN, i changed everything to Vibrate&Alert, set the ringtone, and set the volume to Medium. I saved everything and even double checked to see if the settings saved properly, but the alerts don't seem to be working.

Everytime i get a message, i only feel a vibration, but no sounds.
Anyone else having this issue? thanks

It's been said that modifying existing profiles doesn't seem to be working as it should. Try to create a new profile with your desired settings instead.

Sounds>Custom Profiles>Add Custom Profile
