Hi everyone, I'm new to the BB community. I came across this problem when trying to install the customized myfavs.alx file i found here. In the directions, there is a reference to the file path c:\program files\common files\research in motion\shared\loader files. I don't have a shared folder in this destination to begin with! Why do i not have it, what am i missing, and what should i do?

When you loaded your app to your PC, did you also install it to your PC?

Are you using a 64bit version of Windows? If you are check the c:\program files(x86)\common files\research in motion\shared\loader files
