hi guys,
my blackberry has went to a white screen with a timer in the middle and nothing i do will get it away from this. i have even tryed taking the battery out, has this happened to anyone and if it has how did you fix it.

Moved to 8500 section.

First off, you will get a much better response if you use a title other than "Help".

As for the white screen, does it have a number in the center of the screen, such as 507 or 523?

What were you doing just before this happened?

In some cases a battery pull will fix it, but since you have done that and it didn't work, try this. Remove the SD card, and with the device on, pull the battery for about 30 seconds, then reinsert the battery and let it reboot.

If that doesn't work or you do not have an SD card installed, then you will need to reload the OS using the CD that cam with the device and Desktop Manager/apploader.

See the yellow sticky at the top of the 8500 section for the instructions. Follow them exactly and be patient. It can take an hour to complete.

Could be a Memory issue like Dubdub said pull the mem card out and battery.
