Can I take a MP3 from iTunes and put it on my 8700c through the USB to get it as a ringtone? What do I do for this? Thanks!

Check the ringtones thread. You'll have to do some conversions, which can be done through iTunes, and then email them to yourself. Or download via after uploading it onto a server.

there is a program called minirington by simprit do a search its no free though it works the best

If the built in software has the capability, why would one purchase a separate application for that sole purpose?
