Default how can I get meetings to show on home page

Please Login to Remove!

I called t mobile and spoke to the bb tech support and none of them know how to do it. They state that all the other bb's allow for this.
So - on my old smart phone the home page would show the next appt listing. The 8220 only shows the appt 15 minutes ahead of time. How can I change that AND how can I add a ringtone or some alarm sound when it finally does show u?
Thanks
ps- t mobile bb tech support sent me to this site
