Hi,

I'm having a few problems with emails not delivering until users unlock their handsets. This morning we had over 2000 pending data packets! I wonder if anyone could help me find a solution?

We are running BES 4.1 with around 250 users. Once i've mentioned to the user to unlock their handset they start to receive the emails. This is causing quite an issue with specific users receiving alerts late.

Any help will be much appreciated..

FYI I think you should have posted this in the BES sub-forum. You are more likely to get the right eyes on your question there. Maybe a mod will move it.

Also, I've seen this question on the forum before, but don't remember the answer or didn't see one. You should search if you haven't already.

Thanks for the advice i'll make sure i post these sort of queries in the right place next time!
