Hi,
Do anyone know how to remove BB9720 IT policy. The phone also needs to be unlock?
My Blackberry Bold 9720 has both the date and time locked plus other things. When I try to update time, thee is a small lock symbol on the update time tab and it seems to be locked on automatic and will not allow me to change. I guessed that there must have been something locked as my phone was previously a company phone. Hope someone can help. Thanks.
