I thought someone had answered your question several pages ago, but since you missed it, the answer is Not Now. You can only create Themes using the PTB when you have a base theme and currently there is no Overload base theme for the 8700 and I don't think any of the others either. Maybe Plazmic will include it in the next release or it will allow modifying the Banner indicators ans layout.
