Does anyone know if there is a VCARD format for sending a PTT number to an iDEN Blackberry device? I keep getting the PTT number inserted in a standard phone number field in the address book when I open the VCARD attachment.

I've tried

TEL;CELL:122*23*12345
and
TEL;PTT:122*23*12345

Is there some proprietary field to replace TEL or a TEL sub-field Blackberry
understands?
