Hi I am unable to set up emails on the Q10. My domain provider network Solutions states there is a glitch which Blackberry need to remedy. Is this the case? Also when searching contacts some do not appear (i.e search A and they appear, search B and they do not). Please advise!
You should probably ask at Device Support Forums - BlackBerry Support Community Forums - the official support site from BlackBerry.Com, but I am not aware of any "glitches" preventing you getting e-mail on the Q10. Sounds like carrier BS.
