I downloaded a application from BBApp world and am trying to load the application and it is telling me that I didnt purchase it but I have the receipt.

Specifically its the "Promobile light mobile dictate by brainworks"

Can anyone tell me what to do now that I have paid and the email for the application says failure.

BTW I have the BB curve

I have no idea who I would e-mail I e-mailed the address that is on the PayPal that I sent the money to but have not got any response, are there any recommendations for dictation software I really want something that when I speak it converts my voice to an e-mail if that makes sense
