Hey smrtguard_support, great news, the free version!

You have a great product.

Please, let's keep one thread open here in this Aftermartket Software section, for questions to you, comments, support, etc. Please don't post the same post across the forum.

How do you remote call forward your BlackBerry number in case it was left at home? I see it in the features, but no where else, only the option to listen remotely. I would love to be able to have the number forward incase I forget it. Hope someone can show me something I'm missing.

Thanks

Does the app need to run in the background in order for remote wipe to function? I find it drains battery and memory when running in the background. I realize that if I close out I likely won't be able to take advantage of the "follow me" or "where I've been" features, but that is ok. So, any advice on closing the app vs. leaving it running?

Surfgrom04,

Thanks for your feedback. We have worked with many users to made sure drain isn't an issue. Please make sure that you didn't have Tracking on from our Dashboard, sometimes first time users turns that on but forget to turn it off.

Let us know more info if you find it different.

Thanks.
