Verizon 7130e 507 error, can't DL OS. Verizon says my wireless number is invaild!

Hello,
I was in the process of the updating one of our company phones (blackberry 7130e) with the DST patch. Half way through the process the update failed and the phone displays a 507 error. So I did some searching through this forum and attempted to reload the OS. I came across the OS updating thread and I went to verizon's website and tried to download the newest OS but both the number provided in the thread and my own verizon number would not allow me to download the files. So i called verizon support and they said they would need three days to see why that doesnt work.
Soooooo Does anyone know how else I can acquire the Blackberry OS for a Verizon 7130e so i can resolve this issue? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
