I was getting curious about what options I could set, so I chose options in the call log and General Options and then "Phone List View" and tried each one.

then I decided I want to go back to the original "Call Log" view. So I selected that.

problem is now there are a ton of names listed every time I click the green "phone" button button. I want it to be clear like it used to be. Problem with tons of names listed is if you start typing someone's name it will only show it on the bottom line of the screen. With a little "down arrow" icon.

So how do I get rid of all those names that are displayed before I even start typing?

I tried to go into messages | view folders | call log, but apparently I have no entries there? At least nothing is showing, I don't know why.

Any help appreciated, thanks.... since I'm completely lost now.

So your saying that there are names in the call log, but not showing them in the folder? Try and select call log from general options, delete them one by one, and do a battery pull. That usually helps

wow, that was simple... I didn't do anything except the battery pull... solved my problems... cleared the entire call log window. Thanks!

btw. I did try powering off before posting and that didn't help. But this battery pull works wonders.
