The T-Mobile 4.2.1.107 is still the latest OS for the Pearl. Nothing newer from AT&T is out.

All of the operating system software is written by RIM, and tested and then released by the individual carriers.

Just to clarify...

The package version is 4.2.1.154
The applications version is 4.2.1.96

The T-Mobile applications version is 4.2.1.107 which is newer than the AT&T version.
