Default Disable Data Services on select applications

Please Login to Remove!

Just as the title says. I have some apps that I wish to only run at select times.
I love Facebook, love Twitter, love BBM and various other applications.
However I want to disable select ones at times. I don't want the whole "make profiles" (sound) I've done that but it doesn't help - still get the icon and still get the LED blinking.
Like for BBM I have enabled the firewall on it - but my BB is also connected via Wi-Fi so it doesn't disable it - just disables it on Mobile Network.
If I disable Data Services - it works however it then disables EVERYTHING. Like I would like to have Facebook still enabled while Twitter and BBM are disabled. Or still be able to browse the web (via Wi-Fi) while having BBM, Twitter and Facebook are disabled.
I've tried various options but cannot seem to do what I want. I am sure there's advanced firewall app out there that will block a apps incoming/outgoing data.

Don't believe its possible.
For facebook/twitter, easiest way is to just log-out of those applications.

True on those. What about disabling BBM. I don't want to log out of WiFi. I'm sure there has to be a option that disables it on WiFi too (even with third party app that controls wifi connections)
