Actually, you pay the $449 in the store and you still get the $100 rebate card. So, w/o a contract it's only $349 after rebate. |

I already have an iPhone 3GS on AT&T and want to switch back to a BlackBerry, specifically the 9700. How do I get the rebate if I'm not renewing my contract and just buying the phone?

Just buy the phone. They give you the rebate form in store. The rebate is good whether you buy it at full retail or on an upgrade.

Here are some screen shots showing AT&T pricing and Wirefly pricing. As you can see, AT&T is $449 minus $100 rebate w/o contract. Wirefly is $439 w/o contract.
