Hi Folks,
Can someone assist please.. I would like to load up the SRC for the Jabber Mix Client version 1.5.3, this is the most recent version that loads properly on a BlackBerry handheld.. I dont know how to load up such an advanced project into a workspace into the BlackBerry JDE. please !

Im going to give an idea of what im seeing in the dir.. do I just add each of the folders and .java files and hit F7 normally?

under the c:\src dir for the .zip file..

the directory structure matches the packetstructure in java.
you need to find the main class first (find public static void main(String[] args) maybe).
in general it should be sufficient to add all the files into the JDE (if you don't work with eclipse, netbeans or similar) - as long as there are no referenced libraries.

Thanks for you reply Simon. Last night I actually got it working and I feel like a moron, no wonder noone replied.. cause its pretty simple.

Can someone tell me how I can change the icon for a midlet project? Using the same method for CLDC Application the icon doesnt show up. I have it added to the project and everything..

also, is there a parameter to turn off the ding sound that is played when an alert is displayed? ill include the code that I think is being used.. Im attempting to make this app as quiet as possible.
