Default Missing Mail Icon

Please Login to Remove!

Ok, I am new to the BES environment. We deployed are BES today and setup a few users, we are using the BB 9000 from AT&T. When the sync was in process we noticed a mail icon for the users email, when the sync was completed a message appeared we selected okay. The mail icon is no longer present but when I go into view folders I see the Inbox and other folders. I haver looked over all the options in the BES and cannot seem to find anything that talks about this. We resent the service books and the phone is using the default policy for now. Any thoughts?
