Default Sending Calendar entries to BB?

Please Login to Remove!

My wife and I both have BB's. (Curve and Pearl) Looking for a way to be able to send each other calendar entries for up coming appt's. So when she sets up a Dr appt for one of the kids, she can send it to me and I can save it on my calendar. We have been trying to weeks to figure it out. Can this be done? Please advise.

Thank you

When creating a calendar entry, access the menu and choose Invite Attendee. When you save she'll get a meeting request and the entry will be added to her calendar (and vice versa).

Tried that before I posted and Tried it again after reading your Post and still it does not work. Am I doing something wrong? When I receive the message is comes across as a message but no option for me to save it to my calendar.

It should automatically be added to your calendar. But you can also press Menu and select Accept.

You guys are using email to send the invite right?

On our end, we each have our own Outlook PST file containing Calendar, Memo, and Tasks. To copy an appt from my calendar I open outlook, select an appt of interest by clicking-and-dragging to a folder on my desktop. I then open my wife's outlook, and in Calendar app, drag that same item from the folder on my desktop into her Calendar.

open the calendar event, click menu button, select invite, scroll to your wife and select her email. and send.
When she receives it as an email, open it up, select menu button, select ACCEPT.
Then you will receive a message back saying she has accepted it,a nd it should be in both calendars
