Official?!?! is this a final release? if so is this out for the 8310?

EDIT: WOW WOW WOW? is this real or a joke?!?! it seems to be out for 8310 on the blackberry.com website

Hmm ok but app version 37... i thought it was an official app version 52. and its only available in EastAsia. I know Vodaphone released 37 from the thread title I understood Blackberry released an official app ver.52
