who is your service provider? that may help.

some service providers "push" certain apps (if i'm not mistaken) for you to use. they are the service books that are sent, and are not really installed on your phone. (eg. windows live messenger, facebook, yahoo) even if you delete the apps, they're pushed right back to your phone.

i'm not sure what you mean by best explorer? :-S

call forwarding with our service provider means that if you're on the phone and if someone else trying to ring you, the person trying to ring has their call forwarded to your voicemail or another number. that's what vodafone indicates by call forwarding. i could be totally wrong.

By Explorer, do you mean browser or file explorer?

If browser, then you are basically limited in what is available. The BB browser is the standard one that is made available when you get the data plan.

There is also Opera Mini which some use, some get it to work, others do not.

The Bolt is still in Beta I believe and there might be one more out there in Beta as well. Do a search on here or in Google on "BB Browsers" and see what you find.

1. If you zoom out completely, you should be able to scroll down to South America and then colombia. Otherwise there aren't any separate maps to download for different parts of the world.

2. Yes you can delete it. You can put it back on later by reinstalling it or upgrading OS (not quite sure about this last part).

Only if it is incorporate already. Have you looked at GoogleMaps? that might be an option also.

Default Google Maps

For Google Maps go to Google Mobile from your Blackberry Browser.

Scroll down a little until you see Maps below "Or get our individual products".

Press over Maps. On the next screen select Install Now. Follow the Wizard.

Good luck!
