8120 Dead after 2 months

2 months ago I got a Blackberry 8120 on Orange UK as an upgrade to my old Nokia, and until today was very pleased with it.
It was ok at lunchtime, but when I took it out of its case at 5 to check a contact number I found the screen was blank. Phone would not turn on, and did not respond when plugged into the charger. It is entirely cold and dead.
Orange UK are sending me another under warranty tomorrow, but I am still faced with all that awkwardness to set up the email again.
