Hello guys

Due to the App 523 error, I went to "program files" - "common Files" - RIM - launched the "Application Loader"

I had the choice to remove/add programs as well as the chance to backup file.

However, when i pressed "Next" the installing screen appeared and there is a note that says "do not disconnect your device from your computer"

The problem is that this screen looks like freezed :( nothing is moving at all.

the "Task Information Detail + Overall Progress" bars are empty ( 0% ) and that was for 15+ mins ..

+ I cant close it ..

can someone please help me?

i read that 523 problem usally is caused by a 3rd party software .. and i have none exept FB, Msn, APP World and BBM.

Therefore, i tried to uninstall using the APP Loader as it gave me the chace to backup.

BUT the question now, why did it freeze/doesnt procced? what can i do? disconnect the cable? wait ?

Don't waste time trying to figure it out. Once a 523 has occurred there is nothing to do but wipe it out and reload the OS.

Did you run JL_CMDER?

+ no way to backup the contact list/Adress book?
