I am in South Africa, I have a blackberry 9530 telus modern. I can't acces the internet, I get an error message that I'm forbidden to use the internet on this phone 9530. My service provider this side told me to contact you guys and change settings for me from telus wap browser to default settings so I can access the internet and download whatsapp on this phone. Please help me
