Default Accessing Event Log

I'm told that shift-lglg opens the event log but it doesn't on my 9105. Maybe it has changed since version 6 of the o/s. Does anyone know?

It's alt+LGLG on non-Suretype devices. Why do you want in the event log anyway? Most likely you won't find the information useful, plus the file is tiny, so clearing it won't give you much more space either.

But since you asked.

View event logs on a BlackBerry® Pearlxxx8482; 9105 smartphone (14-key)
Note: The BlackBerry® Pearlxxx8482; 9105 smartphone does not have an Alt key. The Alt function is activated using the Volume Up or Volume Down keys from the Home screen.

To activate Alt, press the right side Volume keys in the following sequence: up, down, up, down, up.
Note: the Alt icon should display in the top left corner of the screen.
Type 55545554.

took me all but 5 seconds to find doing a quick search.
