WinXP Pro, Outlook 2003

Syncing calendar crashes with referenced memory error. This locks up the mail profile file, Outlook freezes and Desktop Manager crashes. I then have to log off and back on to reopen Outlook and Desktop Manager.

If I move all the calendar appointments from one calendar to a back up calendar, then back to the original the sync will work once or twice then start crashing again.

- All recurring appointments have end dates.
- No Attatchments

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling numerous times.

That is about all that you can do. I clear the calendar on the phone through backup and restore and it works for a few months. I think it may have something to do with outlook permissions and entries created on the HH or perhaps updated on the HH when delegates are scheduling.
