ok so somehow (i dont remember setting one up) i have an e-mail address on my bb 8100 already. when i click on blackberry messenger it comes up to my name and everything. i wanted to use my email hat i use for msn messenger, how would i do that? if i use my hotmail email that i use for msn will my contacts automatically show up? i know that in the setup wizzard you are supposed to be able to set up and email and chose if its with a blackberry enterprise server, skip the step, or create and email. well i dont have the "create" option on my phone. what do i do? thanks so much, i hope this makes sense!!

BBMessenger uses pin messaging. It uses email only to identify the pin to which to send the messages to.

im sorry but that is like a different language to me! how would i go about getting my contacts from msn messenger to my bb? adn how would i get into my account from my phone?

If you want to use msn messenger on your device, you don't use BBMessenger. BBMessenger is only for Blackberry to Blackberry. It doesn't work for anything else.

There should be an Instant Messenger program on your phone. If not, look in your browser bookmarks for a link to it. You can also install the 3rd party application called JiveTalk that's much better for IM, including MSN.
