Yes, better formatting is the answer - and the ability to (relatively) easily edit Word docs. I spend a lot of time travelling and don't always want to have to lug my laptop around. Viewing attachments using the Blackberry software is a time consuming pain. Using eoffice - or specifically eword - it's going to be much less painful and it means I will be able to make some quite complex edits and return files pretty easily.

It will also mean I can keep one or two key files with me to send to clients at the press of a button or two. Or I will be able to if I'm ever able to get the file sync going!

i cannot seem to get eFile Desktop to work, it will transfer files in their native form but not convert them to be edited on eWord or eCell because it comes up with an error half way through

so those transferred in their native form --> i cannot seem to open them (pdf/doc) in ViewAll, so really i have paid for this software and got nothing to work :p

any ideas why guys?

i got this working now, it was a problem with microsoft word on my PC
