Having tried Moneytrackin, a free online expense tracking software for few months - i decided to identify a relevant application for off-line expense management.

So a quick search both through internet and my own brain web, reminded me of an application i used long ago for this purpose and dumped it suddenly, while catching up with the craze for online applications.
