Hi everyone,

I am using the tmobile BWC (instantemail UK) and i have just upgraded to OS 4 i had to do it twice as i had a problem first time round and now all my mail is missing on my handheld but is still on the BWC server

Is there a way to sync the 2 so i get my mail back on the handheld??

Send the service books over from the webclient - www.tmobile.com/bwc Send all of the available service books. It will show up immediately.

Ok, What exactley do you mean by missing the email. Your blackberry.net account? I dont understand.

OK, I am in the UK so my blackberry email address is

The BWC being instantemail.t-mobile.co.uk

After the upgrade all the mail i had in my mailbox is not there (it is still there when i login to the BWC) my question is

Is there anyway of sync'ing those mails back to my device or is that not possible??

I don't think it's possible to retroactively sync the mails....

Before upgrading to OS4, make sure you have a lot of free memory, and make sure to tell BlackBerry Desktop to restore the data including old emails. But I think you may have missed this, so I think the email is gone off the BlackBerry now.

If there are any important messages, you can selectively forward them to the BlackBerry.

If you have BES 4.0, just re-activating the BlackBerry on a BES, will get emails retroactively synchronized (by about a couple weeks prior). But this does not apply to BWC...
