Not that I've seen, RIM keeps a pretty tight lock on API's, SDK's and development as a whole for their products. Don't know if this ids of any help but the Blackberry site offers documentation .pdf's for developers. http://www.blackberry.com/developers...oc/index.shtml

Best place is the RIM website... but I think you'd probably be looking for the Java docs (newer model BB's):

is a good place to start, but I seriously suggest searching through the site as there's useful information everywhere.

and the upcoming seminar series has a development route, but i'm not sure if these will be offered overseas (makes sense they would at some point, considering the market over there is growing)...
