I have a client in San Diego that is experiencing some very weird synch issues in the San Diego area. He is using ATTWS. His device won't synch correctly with Outlook anywhere east of Interstate 805 unless he forces a Reconcile Now. And if the change is made in Outlook, he won't see anything until he gets west of I-805.
This is a new one for me...because usually its either all or nothing if its a device issue.
His device also sometimes switches over to the Cingular network.
