Is there a list of exactly what happens during enterprise activation at each particular percentage? Do the same things happen at the same time during the activation process? This kind of information might come in handy.

well if you click on Enterprise Activation on the main screen it will show a list of what has been completed. It shouldn't take longer than 10-15 minutes. Why would you want to know what happens at each step?

At the end, you'll notice it will stall about 85-90%. The rest of this is email filters, calendar/task entries, etc.. Depending on the sheer amount of them, I've seen this take from minutes to hours.

Also you can see the progress when scrolling down in EA window. Also if you check logs inside device (with filter Debug-only applied). Logs can be shown by pressing ALT + LGLG.

If you then check the logs, you can pretty easy see all the stuff as it goes by one by one.
