as I said, when my BB is on wifi works perfectly, once I disconnect wifi, BBm starts not receiving or sending...!!! it appears the o'clock or the watches.. and it takes time to start receiving or sending like 3 to 5 hours..

I have Curve 9300 3G software v6..

I'm on STC (Saudi Telecom Company) service.. I've called them many time but nothing new..

I've tried the host router table..
I've tried to turn off BB and take off the battery..

any help plz..

Try leaving the device on and removing the battery....Count to 20 and replace....

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan? Not a standard data plan.

If you mean Blackberry Data plan from my carrier the yes I do have..

You might be trying to use it in an area without a good enough signal for a data connection. That would explain why WiFi works but the BB doesn't without it.

I figure out something, I've switched the SIM card between 2 Blackberry devices with 2 different carriers, my carrier works fine in the other Blackberry and the other carrier works fine in my Blackberry without wifi, when I replaced my SIM card to my Blackberry the problem still the same..!!

I think the problem is from my Blackberry sitting..!! it has to be..!! this Blackberry is driving me crazy.. :(

any solution??

I find that sometimes the battery can come loose after a while. When the battery is loose then it causes the phone to shut off unexpectedly. I had this happen to a few of my phones. I just took my phone into my carrier store and they replaced either the battery or the complete phone. Good Luck!

the Blackberry is new, it has been with me just 3 to 4 months... anyway I've changed the battery cuz I've 2 batteries.. and still the same problem..!!!
