you can record video using 4.5. It is still a beta but has some really nice features. I haven't seen any other programs not working but I could just be lucky

i have never had a 3rd party app not work with 4.5, video recording works perfectly and is fast to saving... i dont get what he ment by sacrificing some apps... doesnt make sense at all

What he probably hinted was that some of his apps no longer worked when he installed 4.5.
