Default Setup questions

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,
I am new to this forum and have little experience with Blackberry devices.

We are a small company and do not want to implement a BES.

I have one user using a 7100t from T-Mobile. So I have setup the webclient to accept messages for his blackberry. On the exchange end I have setup an external contact address of his blackberry account and added it to the forwarding address under his mailbox. So now he gets emails in both places (in Exchange mailbox and on his device).

Is there a better way of accomplishing this? The user has a laptop so the RIM software is not an option since he takes it with him.

Thanks for your help,
Rich
