Please Login to Remove!

Went in to my local Vodafone store and they wanted for me to pay £150 to upgrade to the storm.

I have 3 phones with them i think this is discusting and to top it all ff they would only do it for 24 months

If you are due an upgrade, try online, I got a much better deal than on the phone or in a shop.

You want to call Vodafone on 191 and say you want to leave... they will offer you it FREE=) seen as it's also free on a £35 a month contract! the stores are not vodafone... thy are vodafone retail ltd...

Wink I have called the 191 number

I just finished speaking to them over the phone at 191.

I am still at £150.

I tried all sorts.
Asking for manger, threating to take my buisness else where and so forth.

I am a salesman by trade but there was no negotiation what so ever.

I am going to try again tommorow.

I am not holding my breath !!!

That has nothing to do with this. Vodafone offers the Storm for free on a certain plan. The reason the price is so high is because the OP isn't due for an upgrade yet.

I have to say £150 is still a good deal. That is less than half of the retail price.
