i am in Antigua but my location in bbm profile is saying Jamaica what can i do because i think this is preventing my bbm service from working

Location shouldn't matter for BBM as long as your BlackBerry data plan is active. If you're not using your regular service, with whom you have your data plan, BBM will not work. That means pre-paid sim cards won't allow BBM.
