Please Login to Remove!

just noticed when checking my bill yesterday that some company is taking £2 a day from my BB acount bill. phoned my provider and they told me that some company called *infomedia services*is sending texts to me and i must have signed up to a competition or something. which i havent. also the only txts i receive are from friends and contacts. could it be an app i have downloaded? thing is i only download free apps. i ALWAYS check. the company is infomedia services and the number is 32665. anyone heard of this company and are they rip off artists? i have txtd *stop* and *end* last night but this morning more money missing. im wondering if it has something to do with facebook as the infomedia services compnay seems to do some work for them but i shut my facebook garbage down 2 weeks ago. im stumped but gonna find out!
thanks for any help / info!

If you google how to stop texts from 32665 it seems that they are Facebook texts.

Mobile: Facebook Mobile Texts - Facebook Help Center | Facebook

Follow instructions on this link, your Facebook account shouldn't be deleted for 14 days or so if done correctly.

You have a problem. The company is charging your cell account the money based on your simply sending a text reply. Companies are allowed to charge just about anything they want and it is very very difficult to stop. It has become so bad in the US that there is proposed legislation allowing a cell user to simply call the carrier to stop the charges. I'm not sure if its the same in your country. I would be very careful sending any text messages to that number.

Sprint disables short code sms by default now because of just this kind of scam.
