Consolidating Email on 7100t

Hey guys i just got, a 7100t and i use hotmail. I have my hotmail setup on fusemail, which gives you the option of d/l or receiving hotmail as pop3/imap. so i setup fusemail as an email account on my bb, but it takes to long to get to me, cus the email bounces from one place to another. do you guys have any ideas or suggestions on what i can do? any help is appreciated.
