The 8830 does not work on North American GSM/GPRS frequencies. What are you trying to do?

Options / Advanced / TCP is where you can enter the TCP APN information. There are no other GPRS entries on any BB.

thanks i can now browse with my opera browser but the blackberry browser wont work it keeps saying no service book entry so i cant download directly to the phone
